Tundra seedling salad: asian pears, walnuts, oven dried grapes, chèvre, ginger plum vinaigrette. Not pictured here, but very refreshing and loved the different textures mmmmm.
Pelham Estate Bacco Noire infused beef ragout,fresh lumachine, shaved Ontario Thunder oak, spiced seedlings. Doesn’t that name just put a picture of a nice little cabin out in the woods for you? Super tender and melts in your mouth. This is comfort food, fancified! mmmm mmmm!
Winterlicious @ the Sultan’s Tent & Cafe Moroc. This place is soooo cool! It’s so beautiful inside with the little tents and all the decor is so fun! They play really cute Moroccan music and the girls have bells on their hips. We went during the day so there weren’t any belly dancers, but I just love the atmosphere there! I feel like I stepped into a totally different world. Everyone should go see it!!!
I learned what Cracker Jacks are; I was told we don’t have this Cheddar BBQ Hearty Mix here. They’re actually a really good munch while watching tv. Why do I feel like we just don’t have enough snacks here now? They also have a lot more flavours/options in the US.
Do you see the one naughty penguin that’s peeking at something? I found him like that and thought it was adorably hilarious.

Obviously since I went to Disney World I got to see a lot of cuteness. Let’s start with Winnie the Pooh at Animal Kingdom! :))
